Living my best, Soul-First life only started when I found all of the other ingredients (identity work, neuroscience, shadow work, and a bunch of other stuff involving the stars and your birthday) and baked the whole damn cake instead of spoon-feeding myself flour and wondering why it didn't taste like frosting.
